Things we can help with
Aside from the typical headaches, neck and back pain we can frequently help with many different types of musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction that other providers struggle with. Unsure? Call us and we can tell you if we think we may be able to help.
Examples of issues we commonly deal with include:
-
Tendinitis/tendinosis
-
Shoulder pain, limited range of motion, impingement syndrome and rotator cuff rehab
-
‘Knee’ pain including nonspecific pain, Osgood Schlatter’s, enthesopathies, MCL, LCL and rehab for meniscus derangements.
-
Ankle area including Achilles tendon
-
Foot pain, including plantar fasciitis and tibialis posterior tendinosis
-
Jaw pain and associated headaches
-
Elbow/forearm pain including tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and lifter’s elbow (medial epicondylitis)
-
Tingling and numbness in the hands or feet.
-
Hand/arm going numb while sleeping
-
Painful range of motion or pain during exercise, for example “pain with bench pressing, but only at the bottom of the press and only sometimes”.
-
Thumb, Finger, toe and some wrist issues.
-
Muscles not ‘popping’ on one side during body building poses ie, a lat that is more prominent on one side than the other
-
Pelvic torsion – feeling like the pelvis is twisted or uneven
-
Uneven shoulders – one sitting higher than the other
-
Other weird stuff a medical doctor would shrug at
